Agathus australis - kauri - Treehouse - 3

photographed by P C Tomlinson on 15/04/10

Kauri is a sub- tropical tree.

It grows naturally in Northland, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty.

But you can grow it in gardens anywhere it is warm,

with free-draining soils.
